With two Chimera Club Stories out and available now, and the third coming on October 19th, I thought this would be a good time to give you a peek behind the scenes.
The Chimera Club stories are stand alone steamy romance short novels that can be read in any order. Some characters will pop up from time to time, but I wanted this to be something you could just relax into, and not worry about where you were in the set. I wanted them to be pastries for your mind, full of sweet cheesy goodness and happily ever afters.
Each pair of lovers is tied together by the single connection of the Chimera Club and Thomas Meenan, a man with many sides and roles as the stories unfold. In Poker Face, he orchestrated the game that led to Brandon and Camille getting their happily ever after, and in Escape he is the financial saviour of Annie’s home, and the one who sends Max to spend his vacation at her B&B. Some think he is a devil and some an angel, and we will learn more as the stories unfold for us.
As we saw in Poker Face, it takes a lot to pull together one of Chimera’s special events. We will continue to meet people from all walks of life, and watch them fall in love as Meenan and Chimera dance in and out of the shadows of their lives. We’ve barely scratched the surface, and I can’t wait to share all of these wonderful stories with you, dear reader.
